Absolutely no floor space!!! It's tricky to maneuver your suitcase and move around!!! The shower head angle is frustrating, spraying water onto the bathroom floor. Waiting for an elevator can take ages, often bypassing your floor!!!

apa hotel yamanote otsuka eki tower is a fantastic option for exploring the area. the location is super close to the jr station but in a not-so-crowded part. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we loved the big tv at the foot of our comfy bed. we also enjoyed having access to the public bath.
